Know before you go

General

Are pets allowed?

Trained service animals only. No other pets are allowed.

Is there an entry/admission fee?

No, however if you are interested in participating in the fun, you must purchase a play pass at guest services.

What is the average cost per person?

The average cost will depend on the activities you purchase, but for a single guest an average cost is $35.

What happens if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, you can acquire a new one at guest services. We will transfer your account information to the new card.

Are there shoe requirements?

Closed toed and closed heel shoes are required. No crocs, no sandals, no flip flops, no heels.

Do you have paper waivers?

Yes, please ask a guest service representative to provide one.

Do I have to sign up again on my second visit?

No, once you have created an account, you do not need to sign up again. If your account is deactivated, please ask a member of guest services to assist in updating your profile to enjoy our facilities.

Does everyone in my party have to have their own account?

Yes, since our activities are sold by person, any guests participating in activities will need their own individual account. Including children (Ages 1- 18). The parents/guardians of the child will need to sign the waivers.

Can I bring in food?

Regular guests can not bring outside food or beverages in with them. We do have a restaurant and a full service bar.

Our guests with reserved events may bring a cake/cupcakes to celebrate their event, but no other exceptions.

Do you have any specials?

Yes, we have specials on Wednesday, and Thursdays.

Wednesdays are: ½ price Arcade.

Thursdays are: 2-for-1 Go Karts

Activities

What are the requirements for Go-Karts?

Cadet Racers

  • Ages: 8-13 years old
  • Height Minimum: 54” tall
  • Max Weight: 250 lbs

Pro Racers

  • Ages: 14 years old and up
  • Height Minimum: 62” tall and up
  • Max Weight: 300 lbs

*Adults are not allowed to race in Cadets if they are taller than 62” tall

*If adults do not meet height requirement, they will race with Cadets

*Adults and Cadets can not race together for safety reasons.

*Pro karts and Cadet karts are two different sizes.

What are the requirements for Ropes Course & Clip n Climb?

Sky Trail/Sky Rail

  • Maximum Weight: 300lbs
  • Minimum height: 48” tall
  • No age requirements

Clip N Climb

  • Maximum weight: 300lbs
  • Minimum height: 42” tall

*No items in pockets while climbing

*Closed toe/closed heel shoes required

What are the requirements for OmniVR Arena?
  • Minimum height: 50” tall
  • Maximum height: 77” tall
  • Maximum weight: 285 lbs
  • You are required to wear socks to participate in this activity.

  • Ropes Course: 8 and up
  • Clip and Climb: 6 and up

Events

What if I’m not the parent of the child (to sign waivers)?

The guardian of the child needs to sign the waivers. If you do not wish to sign the waivers for someone else’s child, please have the appropriate guardian sign it.

Can I come in early for my events?

For all events, our guests can arrive as early as 30 minutes prior to your scheduled event. Any earlier than 30 minutes, and we can not guarantee that  your space will be available at that time, due to high traffic and pre-booked events.

Do you have Waivers online?

Currently no. We will send our waivers in an email to you, or you can come up to 30 minutes prior to your event to have guests sign.

What if I have more than 10 kids?

You can add additional participants, by doubling the package, or charging individually. Participant additions will have a different pricing structure, based on the package chosen.

Can I add additional food?

The Tuesday before your scheduled event is the last time that you can add on food. Last minute food add-ons are not guaranteed on the day of the event.

What does the schedule of a party look like/ What would the party schedule be like?

Very structured schedule for activities and for food. A detailed itinerary will be given to you by your Party Host on the day of your event. 

How do I book an event?

Once you submit an online form, a sales representative will reach out to you within 24 business hours to discuss your booked event in detail. The Sales office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.

Can I bring food?

You are welcome to bring a celebratory dessert for birthday parties, such as cake or cupcakes. But no additional food or beverages are allowed.

I don’t want to book an event. Can I just have a walk-in birthday party?

You’re more than welcome to come in to enjoy our facilities. You will not be charged to come in, and set up at a table, however our tables are limited to a first come first serve basis. All activities are also subject to availability, as our scheduled events have priority.

Can I extend my party time?

Yes, if you would like to extend your party time, you can pay to rent the party space for a longer period of time, or double the package for more fun!

Two hours seems really short/long. Why do I need that time?

Due to a set schedule created by our party team, we’ve created all of our birthday parties to allow ample time for the package activities, as well as time to eat, while balancing other parties allotted at the same time. If you have any questions or requests, please reach out to your event coordinator.
