Rules & Regulations

Sanford Elev8 Operations, LLC, d/b/a Elev8 Fun, located at 320 Towne Center Circle, Sanford, FL, is hereinafter referred to as “Elev8.” Entry to Elev8 constitutes consent and acceptance and agreement to the rules and regulations (“Rules”), as modified from time to time. A violation of any rule or regulation, at Elev8’s sole discretion, is cause for expulsion without refund, exchange, or credit. ELEV8 VISITORS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL POSTED RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDLESS IF THEY ARE PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITIES.

1. Unaccompanied Minors. Unaccompanied minors must be 15 years of age or over. Customers under the age of 15 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent and/or legal guardian. Each adult may bring no more than 6 minors under the age of 15 into Elev8.

2. Prohibited Items/behavior. No firearms permitted except by law enforcement. No smoking, vaporizers, electronic cigarettes, any tobacco products, loitering, illegal substances, cannabis, knives, ammunition, explosives, or weapons are permitted. Any attempt to steal or damage any equipment will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No manipulating software or games to gain an advantage over other competitors or free time. No sale of any goods or services by patrons.

3. Unattended Items. All persons, bags, clothing and other items may be subject to screening and checks. Elev8 reserves the right not to allow any item to be brought into Elev8. Elev8 may handle any unattended object but is not responsible for any unattended items or personal property.

4. Safety. Customers must follow all instructions and directions provided by Elev8 staff. Do not remove or adjust any safety equipment provided to and fitted by Elev8 staff. Participants must notify Elev8 staff of any discomfort, or any unsecured equipment once fitted by Elev8 staff. Ie- if guests are uncomfortable with any safety equipment, they must request Elev8 staff make any adjustments rather than re-position equipment on their own.

5. Offensive Behavior. This is a family entertainment center, please show common courtesy to fellow customers by not engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior, including the use or display of profanity or profane symbols and/or objects. No cutting and/or jumping in line. No roughhousing, pushing, or rough play. No running, jumping, or sliding.

6. Alcohol Consumption. Customers must be at least 21 years of age and provide proof of age by providing valid identification issued by a state or governmental agency to consume alcohol. Elev8 may deny sale of any alcoholic beverage at its sole discretion.

7. Dress Code. Appropriate clean attire, including shoes and shirts, is required. Customers participating in/on attractions must wear closed-toe athletic shoes that are tied and/or secured. We reserve the right to deny entrance to any individual wearing attire that we consider inappropriate, especially that which displays profanity, is torn or soiled, or that which exposes undergarments or excessive skin. Sunglasses may not be worn inside Elev8. No visible tattoos that contain offensive language or pictures.

8. Outside Food. No outside food items or beverages or glass containers, unless permission is otherwise granted in writing by Elev8. An exception can be made for baby food in its original container, breast milk, and baby formula in its original container or in a baby bottle.

9. Pets. No pets allowed. Services animals are permitted.

10. Photographs and Videos by Elev8. Customers may be recorded in or about the Elev8. Elev8 may photograph, film, video, or otherwise copy or capture in any manner any picture, likeness, image, voice or sound of any person, event, act, occurrence or thing in or about the Elev8. Elev8 may use, display, broadcast, publish, circulate, modify, alter, create any derivative of distribute, transfer, license or sell that for any use or purpose

(including any website, social media platform, newsletter, security, safety, liability, insurance, litigation or commercial use or purpose). Elev8 may do any or all of the above without payment to anyone. Elev8 retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights.

11. Photographs and Videos by Third Parties. Commercial or other unauthorized use of any picture, likeness, image, voice or sound of any person, event, act, occurrence or thing in or about the Elev8, by anyone other than Elev8, is prohibited without Elev8’s express written consent. Filming or photography of other customers or staff members requires their express permission. No use of tripods, selfie sticks, or other equipment, unless Elev8 grants permission in writing. Elev8 reserves the right to revoke permission for the use of photographic or video equipment at any time for any reason.

12. Go Karts The go kart attraction requires participants to be at least 54” tall for cadet races and not to exceed 250 lbs. For pro races participants must be at least 14 years old, 62” tall and not exceed 300 lbs. Participants’ hair may not extend beyond the waist. Participants with hair beyond the waist are NOT allowed to participate and are prohibited from participating. Participants must secure hair inside helmet and must immediately stop driving if hair becomes unsecure while driving. Closed shoes are required. Clothing must be neither too tight to restrict movement nor too loose to cause hazards. Loose jewelry must be removed or secured.

13. Ropes Course. Participants to be at least 6 years old, 48” tall, and not to exceed 300 lbs. Closed shoes are required. Clothing must be neither too tight to restrict movement nor too loose to cause hazards. Loose jewelry must be removed or secured.

14. Axe Throwing. Participants must be at least 21 years old. Closed shoes are required. Clothing must be neither too tight to restrict movement nor too loose to cause hazards. Loose jewelry must be removed or secured.

15. Hours of Operation. Hours are subject to change. In the event of a closure earlier than the hours posted, customers shall not be entitled to a refund.
